Return Policy

You may return your purchase within 30 days from receipt. If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service at 1-855-626-6338 to receive an RA number. All returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition including tags where applicable. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. We can only accept returns for products purchased through this site, www.taylormadegolf.ca.
